"This order arrived fine, however eWiz still shows this order as outstanding. I had another order with eWiz Oct. 10, 2007 Invoice #E282276 that had a bad motherboard shipped to me. The RMA process is absolutely HORRIBLE, the communication regarding the RMA was HORRIBLE. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP WITH EWIZ AS THAT ONE ORDER HAS RUINED MY EXPERIENCES WITH THEM COMPLETELY! I have ordered from them in the past as well and had good luck. If you ever have to deal with an RMA from them, you have to pay to ship the product back to them (most companies I have dealt with send replacement part and a return shipping label), and their communication is NON-EXISTENT unless you contact them. They need to become more organized and create a standard that they follow. Right now they rank EXTREMELY POOR in my eyes and will not get anymore of my business. I had to send them an email letting them know that I was taking over $10,000 worth of business elsewhere to get a response. They called and I wasn't there, so they sent an email saying they tried to contact me. THEY LEFT NO MESSAGE WITH MY WIFE WHEN THEY CALLED!!! They need to seriously revamp their communication, RMA and customer service systems before I would even consider shopping with them again!!!
I received my replacement board around 11/8/2007 and SURPRISE, it was another dead board! I have been hounded by eWiz for posting a negative response, so what can I say...AVOID THEM!!!"

Also I am seriously considering buying 100 of these with printing, but your minimum batch of 300 is prohibitive. I am also concerned whether I will get a good response to enquiries etc based on the above experience."
