"Ordered an Intel X3210 CPU. Price was fair. Shipping was free. Received in reasonable amount of time. Now the problem. The CPU I received was from 5/17/2007. I would hope for faster turn over of product and thus expected a G0 stepping instead of the B3 I got. Contacted support and got the follown:

our products. We are not allowed to go into the warehouse to manually pick

"Ordered 4 oem cpuz only 3 arrived which all 3 had bent pins,thank god for mechanical pencils otherwise a nice paper weight.Called to see what happened the manager said they would ship one overnight instead of filing a claim guess what never came waited 3 days called again cust service girl said sorry cant help you, you ordered usps,should have ordered ups because they could file a claim but because I ordered usps there is no recourse one missing and all with bent pins great co. "Ordered Intel E6550 from them. Very next day they emailed me saying out of stock so they canceled my order. I go and check online, the product went up by $12 and yet i was still able to order the product. When I emailed them about this, they never answered back.

Also bought a AC Freezer 7 pro from their ebay store. They send defective product, the fins of the heatsink was all bent and the legs where u attach it to the motherboard wasn't even attached to the heatsink. The bent fins is ok, i can fix that myself. But w/o the legs attached to the HS, i can't mount it to mobo. The sad part is, i have to pay for shipping for the RMA.

Yes they have special sales which makes it good when you are on a budget. But if you run into problems, it will set back ur schedule of building a new system to 2-3 weeks. And poor service, or lack of it doesn't help the situation either."
