"I bought the Super Talent INT-AIN1-C USB 2.0 Internal Card Reader o 05-13-2007 from Ewiz.com and tried to install it in my computer on 06-21-07.It showed up in windows explorer as 4 removable drives with no name type but listed as generic in windows XP.Downloaded the icon utility and driver software from Ewiz.com site and tried to install but the installer reported could not find the card reader and please "install card reader".Reconnected the card reader on another USB header on MOBO and same results when tried to install both software.The USB port works but the reader does not recongnise the smart media disk that I recently purchased and have used in the Rosewill card reader I got from Newegg.com with no error.I called ewiz on 6-22-2007 and asked for a replacement and they said no but have to do RMA which will cost me about $7.00+ to UPS and I paid $11.55.I believe that companies such as this need to take care of their customers and do whatever it takes to make them happy.
