I called there customer service, and they put me on the line with someone who could help with the situation. They were very kind and helpful, explaining what the problem may have been and some steps I could take to try to solve it. We ended up running the card again, and within minutes I received the confirmation email that the customer service representative promised, stating that the order had been processed. The issue ended up being on my end, but they were very generous to work with me to solve the problem. Looking forward to getting the products in!"
