"I've got no complaint with SuperBiiz as it relates to the speed of fulfilling and shipping my order. But they chose to use UPS, so the poor handling by UPS at least partially falls on their shoulders, which is why I'm only giving them a 4-star rating instead of 5.
I ordered a processor, motherboard, and other sensitive electronics from them, and when the UPS package arrived, it looked like it had been tossed out of an airplane at altitude. Somewhat miraculously, nothing inside the package was damaged, and everything appears to be working properly. Kudos to SuperBiiz for packging the items well, I suppose, but the handling UPS gave the box was atrocious."
"I ordered a processor from them on the 7th when it arrived 13th. The shipping box was damaged and the processor packaging was open and the processor was not secure in the package. I emailed their CS and explained and included pictures of how the box was packaged. They issued me a return slip on the 18th. After that nothing the package arrived on the 25 and no one reached out to me and gave me a update. I emailed them several times and got failure to deliver because of their inbox being full. The only way I was able to get a hold of them was on Facebook. They then told me that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before the issue would be resolved. I now have a client that has a partially built pc with no processor and she is thinking about canceling the order. "

"This order was for an Antec 25 fanless case for a Mini-ITX motherboard. It's handsome, with excellent natural convection cooling and a convenient bracket for wall mounting. Perfect for a little HTPC, just mount it on the wall behind you TV. You need to be careful when mounting the motherboard. There are a lot of wires and you need to be especially careful with the leads for the power switch and HD and PWR :LEDS, if you're not careful you may break the pind on the power switch; I speak from experience! The power supply is efficient and seems reliable, I've two that have been running for a year now with no issues. Good value for the money.
