"The prices on some products are the lowest that any website has to offer which is nice. I had some problems with my credit card and the customer service was very nice and there was very little waiting time. The processing takes a LONG time though, if you need the products in a timely manner Amazon or Newegg are probably your go-tos. Overall I'm pretty satisfied, the one thing they could improve on is their processing times."

Absolutely TERRIBLE service.
- First of all, they took forever to respond to emails.
- Second, I sent my GTX 970 back for a refund after a customer representative TOLD ME TO (I was outside of the 30 day return, so I was really happy they said it was ok!). Shipped the package with my own money, they received it, waited 5 days, and told me that it could NOT be refunded and they would send it back to me.
Are you serious? Why would a customer service employee TELL ME TO SEND IT BACK and then neglect the refund?
Never dealing with this company again and definitely telling anyone in need of parts to search elsewhere.

"I am currently living out of state for work, so I have a temporary shipping address that is different than my billing address - this lead to some confusion in the billing process. I spoke with customer service to try to fix the problem and not only did they work with me fix it, they took the initiative to set up a conference call that added the bank to the conversation to resolve the problems. I was expecting a small headache out of this, but instead I had a great experience with customer support rep, Vivian, and I am now just eagerly awaiting my parts.

"While my order has not arrived yet, I would like to do a review just to appreciate the excellent customer service I received. Due to an issue with my billing address my initial order could not ship. I was directed to customer service to solve my problem and was quickly given clear instructions on what I would have to do to fix the issue. While it was a bit of a hassle, I was required to make changes to improve payment security and I can understand the business's need to be careful while handling orders in that regard. Call hold times were sometimes long but this was more the fault of my bank than SuperBiiz. Every time I called (or at least nearly every time) I ended up on the phone with the same person which made solving the issue much easier. Customer service was very patient and friendly throughout the process. The only reason I won't give five stars is because other stores offer better shipping options and the item I purchased was available cheaper from some other resellers with physical (though personally inaccessible) locations. Even so, the shipping was free and the price was still good, so I am definitely willing to do business with them again."

"Not a fan of how they handle RMA's, they have too many limitations and restrictions once the item has been open. For example, I needed to return something that didn't work with my computer and they don't allow returns once the box has been open or exchanges for a different item(s) and give you a hard time and force you to either keep the item or asses restocking horrendous fees - Who does that? I don't think ill ever shop with these guys again just wish I bought that Item from Amazon as they are all about customer appreciation not the other way around."
