"I ordered a PSU that came DOA. Not really a problem, so I claimed a refund and bought another the same day. By the time my next PSU came in 3 days later, with the refund instructions just coming in that same day. PSU two had a problem after 2-3 hours of use, so I sent in another claim for a refund. Sent both back at the same time and 2 - 3 weeks after they were received, no word from them. I didn't even get confirmation they received my package or they are testing the units, and a refund has not been processed. I have emailed the company but have not received a reply.
