"I ordered a Black Knight XCM case with Leds and window. Was supposed to be a suprise birthday gift. I placed my order on June 22nd..Then by June 25 I get an email asking me for my address. Sorry but If I placed an order on your website and entered in information and paid with paypal you should have my address. It is listed in your paypal receipt. (Which they must not look at) Probably only looking at account balance guys. So I was a bit disturbed once I got that email. Then things get worse 3 more days go by and I have to send yet another email asking where my order is. Finally I get a response stating that we are closed on the weekends and we have opted to cancel my order. HMMMMM why is that maybe cause they cant fill it or bad customer service. Or maybe cause I told them I was going to dispute them with paypal and they didnt want a hold put on there funds for not delivering my producta FULL WEEK AFTER I ORDERED IT. You figure with a shop that is advertised in mags that they would be elite. Think again these guys operate like a 2 bit shop and I will do my best to drive every one I know away from this place.
