"Ordered xbox 360 chrome case combo package on march 29. Other than receiving an order confirmation I never received a single email. It took three emails to get a reply from these guys. Finally on April 2nd I get an email from them saying the order is back ordered. Why it took them this long to tell me is beyond me. I will never purchase from these guys again. My advice is if you want timely service to look elsewhere.

After extreme mods response:
I checked my email everyday including my spam folder. I did not receive a single email and it was not until April the 2nd that my order was canceled before I even replied. Of course I was growing angry but not once did I threaten or used any vulgarity. Just heed my advice and do not shop there. Terrible service end of story."

"i'm getting quit mad with this site. it said that the XCM Wireless Controller Case-Black-New D-Pad- for Xbox 360 was in stock almost been a week only got my invoice from them, no order conformation code, no tracing code. cannot get ahold of them.
Edit they fixed it and responded to my email in a day all is fixed and is on its way."

"As advertised on their site order processing can take 3 business days. I am still waiting on my order after 10 business days now. I paid a premium for shipping and have not even received a shipping update email.Their site simply states its processing. I sent them an email and they informed me it was on back-order. If the site states in stock and i place an order and pay extra shipping (console source only charges 4.95 and I paid over 15 per item through extreme mods) I expect premium service as anyone should.
I have since canceled my order and went to console source. Extreme mods took a day to reply with my cancellation. All is settled now."

"Regretfully this could have been a much better experience. My son picked out a mod case that he wanted for Christmas. While the case was shipped quickly it was damaged. The box it arrived in showed no signs of damage. I have e-mailed them several times with no response from them about replacement. I guess the almost $100 I spent on the case was not enough to purchase one from this company that was not damaged. I am very disappointed and I would not suggest purchasing from them."
