Out of the box, I was impressed. They definitely stay on no matter what you do. I tried practically everything short of taking them off with my hands and they stayed on, in the position I wanted them in. They block wind/bugs excellently. The photochromatic lenses work well, but not quite as well as I would like. However, I bought them for low light biking, and they are excellent for that.
