"So far my experience with e-Rudy has been phenomenal! I am still waiting for a credit on items returned as part of the process, but it has only been a couple days and I wouldn't expect this part of the process to be done yet. Shipping times were almost unbelievable, about 18 hours for the order placement to delivery in a small town off the beaten track half way across the continent. "Ordered an Ekynox on sale last Dec'11. Im ok with but not the spare lens that i also ordered. Returned lens last Dec 22nd for exchange but due to circumstance (lost job) i called (Jan 23rd) to ask for a refund. They said they don't have it, yet, hope this is true. I sent it thru USPS regular mail (rudy will not pay for the shipping to/from) so i sent it this way also due to not having a job yet.
Now, either i lost the(robbed) lens or the money, whichever, this is very disappointing. I've had 3 RP sunglasses without any trouble and this event is giving me a bad impression on the company.
I still have the USPS receipt dated dec22, parcel 1st class zone 4, 6.70z (original box), bill#1000100382273, regular mail.
I hope this gets notice by all concern: employees and customers.
