"I really hesitated to order a band online since the band I ordered is really expensive. After I shopped around all jewelry stores in San Francisco, I could not find the ones that I really like. Finally, I decided to search for it online. Fortunately, I found this site with 2 bands that I really like, Platinum Newport and Platinum Flat Step-Down Edge. The price is great & reasonable. Before I placed an order, I did search for reviews and double check on BBB site to see how many complains they’ve had. All information I found is great except this site, there’re one good and one bad. To see how the customer service is, I ordered the fee sizing. I received it within 2 weeks. In there, there’s a plastic ring size set with all helpful information to make sure how the finger is sized and a coupon for all metals except platinum that I want to order. At that time I decided to take a risk. I called and talked to Kris about 2 bands that I like and asked her for the advice. She advised me the Flat Step-Down Edge band over Newport band since my hand is small. Also she gave me $20 discount for my platinum band. I know the discount is small, but better than nothing…. I ordered the band on 03/01/2012 (it takes 2 business days to make it for this specific band) and received it on 03/07/2012 that’s one day earlier than Kris told me. The band is so nice and fit me really well. My wife really loves it. Trust me, I will keep this site for future jewelry shopping. Good luck!"
"It is 01/04/2011 today. I order (Order #123372) this Wedding band in December 26th 2010 and receive the order confirmation next day and waiting for it to be shipped within 5 days. Since then never receive any email or phone call from this company. I called and asked them about the Band. They told me that "the wedding bands are not ready". It will be ship on Friday 01/07/2011. I could not believe the way they do business. I need this wedding band on Thursday 01/06/2011. I told them to cancel the order and am going to get it from somewhere else. They almost mess up my plan. You might want to consider it before placing your order. "

The order shipped on schedule, 2 day business days after I ordered it. The engraving was top notch, and the quality of the ring is great. They use a great PT950 Platinum/Ruthenium alloy on their platinum rings, which is as good or better than most of the PT950 alloys you would see in high end jewelry shops.
