This company has to be the worse company I have dealt with regarding a return. 


If I could do no stars I would but unfortunately it has to be one.


The product is cheap flimsy and not worth its price!


They send it ground to me with no insurance and I returned the merchandise priority mail in less than a week of receiving and insured the item . The company which is actually out of a street address home gets the product back and I'm told it came damaged and to put in a claim. But that process takes time.


First of all, I returned the product less than 30 days as required, insured, and sent priority.  So how does a product get damaged how I sent it, but yet they send it ground with no insurance and it took three weeks to receive the product. And no damage to the package.


In my opinion,  I feel they damaged the product so they wouldnt have to return any money because unfortunately I didnt look at past reviews and that should have been red flags. 


DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.  


Just a footnote, if you get PayPal involved, easy crown will say their trying to give you a refund and once paypal is closed, then they will try to tell you the product is damaged. So dont close with paypal.

They sent a replacement (which I returned because it's awful stuff) and they still kept my $200. I'm currently disputing it via my bank - a TOTAL nightmare. "So I ordered two boxes both arrived damaged and corner pieces missing which I was charged for. Product is cheap and all the corners were bent and damaged. Here is the best part. I contacted the company and it seems there’s only one person that works there and his name is Jim and he don’t give a crap. My last email he just tell me to watch videos. No replacements. No help. "I ordered the smallest room size to see what it was like. I entered "4" outside corners and "5" inside corners, but was sent and charged for 12 and 20 corners. Somehow the number was changed on the website. The instructions and website do not explain clearly that there are no "inside" corner pieces--that you use the long pieces to form a corner. Also, for the outside pieces, you have to add "tape adhesive" to make them stick. I am only using this for one side of the room with two "indented" walls, but if you are using for a long, normal room, the pieces overlap and leave big seams that are not very attractive. Also, the "customer service" is non-existent!! No one answered, and I had to leave messages and send an email. I think there is one/two people who do everything there. The pieces are more like cheap plastic pieces, but my walls are 9 feet, so it will be harder to notice that. Charging $6.95 for a small plastic outside corner piece is absurd!! So all I can say is "buyer beware!!""

my home redecorating project. I didn't know what to expect but purchase enough for a room
just to try it out. The installation was a breeze and the look was like the rest of the

This website is really making my head ache. Maybe this alone can sum up how much I am disappointed wasting my time reading on your articles and spending time trying to convince myself that I could see something that will somehow make sense in this website. But here I am I ended up writing this review so no one else will waste time reading on you. Yes you are a total waste.

See, I am very grateful that you have very good intensions in starting a website with this kind of topic. It is impressive that you are concern and I believe we have the same vision with regards helping mother earth and saving our environment but this website seems to appear that it wasn’t thought of very well. It is disorganize, you make people heads ache, no one will be interested reading your articles if you cannot even pull off a pleasing website. It is not as if we are going to exert so much effort just so we can read your articles. And if we do, like I did, what do we get? Disappointment. Do not even make me start criticizing your articles. I admire the guts though but still wasn’t enough.

You make my OCD attack. Yeah, c’mon like seriously. Why are your articles all over the place? I cannot understand it; I don’t know which is which. I was reading this topic then suddenly I am lost with another topic. You are definitely confusing your readers.
Place your articles in one category and organize it according to topics. And please keep them up-to-date. Most of your articles are outdated. And I think they are all not originals, most of them I already seen on other websites. Why would you even start your own site if you do not even know the things to input in it. You are just wasting your time and our time.
I love reading, I love it, whether it e books or articles from the internet or sometimes even random stuff but you made me hate reading for the first time. Are these articles really from you? Because I think you have more studying to do.

Here is piece of advice, I am not an expert but I am your market so I think it is wise you listen to your market, wear the shoes of your market and know what they want and what would appeal to them. Your style is simply confusing and stressing. We are not going to spend time trying to figure out what you mean so be straight to the point and simple. Unlike your site that is flowery and confusing. Good luck on improving your site.
