"I ordered an LED Light ($435.00) and never received it. Seller provided bad tracking number and for 2 weeks continued to tell me the item had shipped. Opened a PayPal dispute and requested a refund."
"I ordered Autobot car decals that were advertised as real metal. The website stated orders would be filled within 48 hours of receiving payment. 2 weeks later i still had not received decals and my 4 emails went unanswered, so i filed a dispute with Paypal. Only then did i receive a reply not to worry, item on its way. I finally received the decals. One was markedup and the other onebroke immediately. 2 months later i am still trying to get a refund. Jack keeps stating new ones are on the way. I am still demanding a refund. Not a trustworthy seller. Would not recommend."
"I ordered four, five spoke centre wheel hubs for a 2009 Audi A3:
http://www.easy-motorcycle.com/audi-wheel-center-cap-a4-s4-a5-s5-a6-s6-s8-q5-q7-tt-p-737.html
I was sent three used hubs from a completely different model that looked like they'd come straight off a scrapheap.
After complaining to them "Jack" eventually answered:
"sorry for it. Now can resend it. HOw about it?"
As they took a few days in answering I put in a complaint to Paypal asking for a refund.
I answered "Jack", saying that I would be happy to receive the exact item advertised on their website, but only that item. I also said that if I didn't get the item then I would escalate my claim with Paypal. Three days later they sent me the same email via paypal. I answered again saying that I thought they were wasting my time, but that I would cancel my complaint if they were to send me the exact item I had ordered.
Today they gave me a refund.
I think that this sort of site advertises items under false pretences, sends any old rubbish and then relies on people not bothering to follow through with their complaints. Paypal automatically closes your complaint after 20 days if you don't escalate your complaint.
UPDATE 4 April 2013
I felt I should update this review as I received the parts I had ordered today. I certainly wasn't expecting this as I was given a refund through Paypal. The parts I have received are copies of the Audi ones and seem to use cheaper materials. They also appear to be a bit more fragile, with a thinner metal locking ring. I'm not complaining about this difference as you obviously get what you pay for. I have now sent another transfer (via Paypal) for 17,85€ to "easy-motorcycle". The original Audi part costs 120€ for 4! Hopefully nobody will steal these any time soon!
P.S. For some reason it doesn't let me increase the number of stars. Obviously I am now giving them more than one star!"
"NEVER RECIEVED PRODUCT OR REFUND.
The only excuse was It was out of stock and marked it wrongly"
"STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!! You will not get your order!!! read and heed the examples, I wish I had read them prior to placing an order myself!!! I ordered a set of LED lights to trick out my sons Kid Traxx cop car for Christmas, the lights never came, the tracking number was bogus, and the seller does not respond to emails, calls, or PayPal. The site is a scam, and I should have known better than to order something from a store located in China."
"The website's ad items (include title and pictures) are misleading. Pictures contain parts not included in the sale but mentioned in the title to intend to confuse buyers. Last, the part delivered is a cheap fake LED that not match the pictures and description on web. And the store is located in China so make return much difficult.
Working on refund now, will update later."
"I highly encourage shoppers to look elsewhere if you want to actually receive your order. I placed an order for LED tail lights and NEVER received them despite communicating with the seller. The shipment tracking number was never identified as valid by USPS.com. After one month of waiting, I contacted the site and asked where the order was, they stated it was lost in the mail and that they would ship another one (plus a free gift). Another tracking number was provided and although this one did manage to show up, the package was apparently lost (again) in Shanghai. After all this, I feel Shanghai'ed by the seller and would urge other buyers to beware of easy-motorcycle.com. "
