"Prices are not bad but very bad customer service. The so called "warranty" service is VERY bad, dropped my phone off in Feb 2, 2006 for warranty service and still haven't have it return to me as of April 5, 2006. No update on phone, No calls at all. I always have to call, got same answer every week, leave your name and number and we will call you back in a few minutes, No return calls. Then they changed they story and was told to email ****@**** which I did. Two weeks later, no replys at all.

If anyone wants to buy phone, I would get it else where customer service is EXTREME poor. They are nice when taking your money but no after support which they claim to have.
