"2 projects in a row had significant artwork problems. Nearly impossible to contact by phone. Virtually NO COMMUNICATION between their incompetent CSRs and art/printing department. Currently seeking a full refund for one project. They printed the project contrary to the proof they sent and now the music doesn't match the tracklisting. Awful company."
"I've had 3 projects done by easydisc, so far. By far, the best prices. I had several questions along the way, with all 3 projects. I found them to be very helpful. There were times I had to call back 3 or 4 times in one day. They walked through everything I needed. Not sure what the negative reviews are about on here. I'll continue to use them and would recommend easydisc to anyone. "
"Their site was extremely difficult to navigate (not easy). You don't upload your tracks, until after you pay (BEWARE), one of my 13 tracks would not upload through their site (Mp3 or WAV). You have to pay extra for digital proof of your artwork (I would highly recommend paying it.. or not using them). I paid extra to have the production done in 3 days (haha). They obviously decided not to do that, then did not email me to tell me they stopped production. When I canceled my order they charged me 40% of my total order as a cancellation fee. So I gave them free money... a donation for nothing. Customer service is tough (dealing with so many complaints). A Manager will not speak with you (I'm on their waiting list to speak to one).
Negative stars"
"My experience was a Leary one. I was wondering from time to time if everything was going well with the product due to limited communication. But in all I was at awe with the final product. It was exactly the way I designed it and the CDs were amazing. The service representatives were nice to me and vice a versa. It was a joyful experience with easydisc. I will most definitely get more CDs pressed with you guys. Thanks so much for your hard work of completion. Great job, talk soon "
"BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!!!
First off, the people who are answering the phones are very aggressive and very argumentive. So rude. Customer service is obviously not their priority.
Second, I received 200 of my Jewel Cases with a pixelated front logo on all 200 of my albums covers. I had uploaded a vector file so there shouldn't have been this problem.
Third, on the reverse side of the tray card/album cover, I had uploaded a photo that had been stretched/squeezed. When I had approved it beforehand it looked fine. So looks to me like they tampered with what I had already approved. That is not ok because not it looks cheap.
Fourth, there is a 2-panel booklet (basically two-sided piece of paper I paid extra for that was completely missing from every single one of my jewel cases. **** the phone tried to tell me that the insert/booklet type: 2-panel insert was the same exact thing as the tray card: 2-sided tray card. The tray card: 2-sided tray card was already included. There is a difference between the two, I paid $30 extra for the two-panel booklet (two-sided piece of paper, whatever)
EasyDisk has been a complete nightmare. Wish I never did business with this company."
"WARNING: DOING BUSINESS WITH EASY DISC IS ANYTHING BUT EASY!
This company couldn’t care less about delivering on the promise of what you pay them for IN ADVANCE.
I ordered 200 CDs to be made by this company.
The very first one I opened and tried to play FAILED.
In my first attempt to get some recourse with this company, they suggested that I try a minimum of 10 discs in 3 different players, and so I did. One was a 2015 Ford truck CD player, the others were two different CD/DVD players made by Sony.
One of the Sony players was consistently jumping the first notes of the tracks on all discs, so I made the assumption that that player had some kind of issue and threw its results out.
The truck’s player and the other Sony player played some discs, and would not play others, and they agreed across the board as to which ones they would play and which they would not.
In the end, out of the first 10 discs 4 would not play!
When some discs will play in a given player while others will not, it points to an inconsistency of some sort in the manufactured product.
Whether it was some kind of coding error on the part of one of their duplication machines or, perhaps more likely, a quality control issue in the blank media, one way or another they have no problem with the fact that they have delivered me a high percentage of unplayable product.
In contacting EasyDisc, from the very first moment they took a confrontational stance and, unbelievably, began talking over me and citing obscure “warnings” that lie buried in their FAQ section on their website.
Having only ordered 200 discs (thank God!), their preferred method for this small an order is duplication, not replication (as it was when I made a similar order a few years ago from Discmakers without issue), however nowhere on an order page does it have any kind of warning that these discs may not play at all across multiple players.
I sent them a movie of the CDs not playing, and they brazenly continued to deny any responsibility and to make any effort to either give me some kind of partial refund or replace the bad discs, as any decent business would do.
In the end, I am forced to sit and open the shrinkwrap (that I paid extra for) on EACH AND EVERY DISC to test them as playable before I can sell them, resulting in a lot of wasted time and frustration on my side.
And, to add insult to injury, I am left with the unplayable discs simply as garbage that I have to eat the cost on. UNBELIEVABLE.
They have been elusive in my efforts to contact them and even once gave me a fake name of the person I had spoken with!
Their promises of contact within 48 hours from their “issues department” have never once happened, and only when I have repeatedly called them, talking to three different people, all of whom were unable to help me at best and highly argumentative at worst, have I been able to get anywhere at all.
This place is a NIGHTMARE.
Take your business ELSEWHERE.

"Awesome service!!! Arlene is very helpful and it's much more affordable than other cd printing companies in the nation. Highly recommended."
"We have ordered cd’s for my band and it was done professionally and on time. Great quality! Highly recommended."
"They are awesome!! Great customer service and best quality printing ever! I delt with a few other CD makers and people just wanna take yo mula. But they are patient and work with you so you can receive what you are looking for. Thank you guys! You have my business for sure."
"On an order of 100, 5 DVDs were not working properly and 1 case was actually wrapped but empty!
We sell our DVDs.
We don't unwrap the DVDs in order to check if they work, or even if there's a DVD inside, before we send it out to our customers.
When my staff called to complain, they offered them 3 Free DVDs on their new order of 100.
My marketing dpt doesn't know this but, those 6 glitches did not only cost my business extra fedex overnight shipments to replace the defective DVDs, but my business's reputation is on the line.
When I called to ask for a compensation (I wanted 50 DVDs free for an order of 200, That's an additional 25%, they would've still been making money on this and would've kept my business). The rep kept on telling me about their terms & conditions and wouldn't listen to me - Management was too busy to answer the phone. I guess they're too good for me.
It's unfortunate... but I won't be ordering from them again!"
"This is without a doubt, the WORST company I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of business. I had an order with them a few years ago, and it went well, although they slipped their promised delivery date by a week. But November 7th, 2016 I placed an order for 100 CDs and am STILL waiting for them. A plethora of phone calls, emails haven't produced my order, which included them shipping an order to me with 40% of the files missing, although they said they had received the correct amount, which was also corroborated by a phone call. To top it all off, they sent me my discs a few days ago, but instead of 100, they sent me 11!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!"
"Easydisc is the best! they have the best customer service. I have been working with them for quite a while now and they have been great! Ill always be a customer!"
"I found easydisc to be the cheapest and best quality service on the market. I have been working with them for a few years now and they have never once disappointed me. These guys are pros and know what their doing! Also for the cheapest prices in the industry!"
