"Do not buy from ebellking!!!!!!
Same old story. Bought a cheap tablet that went faulty quickly. Had to pay for shipment to return for repair, waited months because if every excuse possible then thay asked me to pay for return postage then 2 more months of excuses and now finally not answering emails....so basically a fraud company. After i paid for return postage through paypal they made excuses until the 45 dispute time with.paypal had elapapsed the just ignored my emails. So now I'm £200 worse off. Don't fall for the fancy talk on their website and think some people just exaggerate like i did. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

"Ebelking sell faulty tablets and will not refund any money.do not buy from them they are ruthless and ignore your e-mails . I purchased 7 flytouch tablets 10 in for grandchildren as Xmas gifts.bought them before Xmas and one never ever worked email said 7days were up so I could pay to return for repair.said didn't want new item repaired and would like money back .email eventually came saying hope you understand cannot do this.by this time all the other six had packed up!.:6 months of e- mails and begging for reply just saying I would be happy to accept full refund for half of the tablets and would they at least consider making me any kind of offer,no reply.i have now lost nearly £800 and have 7 useless tablets and disappointed grandkids hundreds of others have same problem BAN THEM SENDING THESE TO ENGLAND"

"WARNING many of the claims made by this company are FAKE. They claim to have quality customer service-FAKE, they claim to have english speaking agents-FAKE, they claim their products are high quality FAKE!!!.
This company does not care for its customers. I bought a tablet and it arrived 2 weeks late but in full working condition as promised with all the attachments. However, i quickly realised that the products they sell are of a low quality so after a couple of months i contacted them so i could return it. They said they could have it returned but since it was out of the 7 day money back warranty i would have to pay a fee to restock the item and replace it. I accepted their offer . So i sent the item back first class, to china, costing me £25 which they refused to refund me. When the item arrived there, they were quick to respond and say that it was human damage and not the tablets low quality, despite the fact i kept in a heavily protected case. So they then said that i could get it repaired or replaced for £45!! after already paying postage!! I was unwilling to pay that much, so i asked if they could just return the tablet to me and i could make do. However they then had the cheek to ask me to pay postage a second time, i refused, claiming that they should for a goodwill gesture since they hadnt helped me at all. From then they started ignoring my emails untill i finally payed an extra £20 for the return of my tablet.
BE WARNED this company doesnt do after market service, the service was slow and i was oftened ignored, and the agents definitely didnt speak English, the sentences sounding like they were from GOOGLE TRANSLATE!
so BEWARE DONT PURCHASE their LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS since they WONT help you with an AFTER SALES SERVICE!

"Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non-existant, reliability is very poor and their returns procedures are absolutely appalling.

I ordered a SmartQ T20 tablet in June and after about 7 days, the device arrived. It became quickly apparent that the device was faulty. I was then asked to return the item at my own cost (£9.50) on the basis that this would be refunded.

After a lengthy delay, a replacement item was eventually shipped out. On receipt, this item had a cracked edge on the plastic bezel. I immediately notified them that I wasn't accepting this item and wanted to cancel my order. The replacement item was returned (again at my expense £6.50).

After a big delay, they agreed and credited my Paypal account with the money - but took £15 off.

I have queried this with them extensively but they REFUSE to answer my email.

It has cost me about £30 and three months to deal with this company and I still have no tablet. As far as I am concerned, this company should not be trading in the UK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give them no stars - I would.
