"I have been working with ebottles for over 3 years. Spent $10,000s of thousands.
Due to an improper recommendation from the sales team. We ordered Jars to fill with our product before an upcoming festival.
We paid for our order and provided shipping labels to help guarantee our expidited delivery.
The ebottles team misinformed me that my order was 6 boxes after twice confirming it was actually 7 boxes. The warehouse didn't ship the 6 boxes that were paid for and had shipping labels. They didn't ship because they contacted me by email while I was in a meeting that they made a mistake and it is 7 boxes. They needed a shipping label for the 7th box that was technically paid for.
This forced me to now refund all shipping labels and possibly pay 4 times the shipping to get it to use in tine. I was able to send 2 employees to drive 3 hrs 1 way to pick up the boxes because the shipping wasn't guaranteed anymore.
Why wouldn't you ship what you had labels for and was paid for? You hold up 90% of the order for paid items and couldn't just charge my card for q $30 label that held a back thousand in product. On top of that, we risk us not having products for an event. It was cheaper to have 2 employees drive 6 hrs round trip.
Then we got the product and the size we were told would fit did not fit. I reached out to see if we could pay a restocking fee and return these jars with a purchase credit. Given that we make regularly weekly orders anyway. We've never had a problem, and the top management denied our return request because in "fine print," sizing samples should be done before large purchases.
Not only did they waste my time. Resources sending people to pick up what they failed to ship. Have 5 employees sitting around ready to work and lose a day of filling before the event.
When I offer to ship them back. Pay a restocking fee and have my refund as a purchase credit I'd using within a few days to a week. I was told tough luck read the fine print.
Our new filling facility is now just opening in new jersey and we were talking with the great sales staff and bulk buyer managers Quinn and Chris about our needs. We were looking to spend $50k plus oer months and do custom packaging.
I hope the owners ego knows this just cost him an account and guess my little money doesn't matter.

"This company provides horrible customer service! Only once have I had a worse experience somewhere else. If my items had shown up timely I would have been happy, but after calling to check my order (that was already suspiciously late) I was promised that my 1600 dropper tops would be shipped via 3-day shipping to make sure that I got them in time for my client this weekend. It took a while to get the email and guess what, no droppers until next Tuesday!!! My client is irate and so am I!! I can only think of good things to say about the other packaging companies that we purchase large quantities from! eBottles does NOT deserves your business and they completely failed me ANd lied to me!"

"I ordered 100 30 dram PET STRAIGHT SIDED PET CHILD RESISTANT JARS AIRTIGHT CLEAR 53/400 (Item Code 1623) with CHILD RESISTANT -WITH PRESSURE SENSITIVE INNER SEAL - WHITE and 250 SHRINK BANDS from Ebottles on Monday at 8:30 AM of this week.
The first problem was the double charge of 114 on my debit card. When I spoke with an associate, they told me the the shrink bands that auto-populated on my order was the wrong size and they would have to create a new order. I agreed and they charged my account a THIRD time just to process a new invoice. I’m still waiting on a refund of $224. Not that big of a deal. I can wait BUT
The second problem is the associate told me my products would ship out via ups same day and I should receive my products by Thursday. Well Thursday came and ups didn’t have my apt. Number( it’s on the invoice) so I didn’t receive the products until today. The big problem is, the jars are not in the package. Only the lids. I was told EVERYTHING WOULD SHIP SAME DAY.
This is a huge problem because I need the products for a festival this Sunday and I’m without jars and without other options because nothing ships over the weekend. I demand a full refund as I no longer need your products because they will not arrive in time. And I will not use your services anymore. "
