"The bottles and lids are great. The shrink wrapped outer seals are quite a bit narrower (not as tall on the bottle) as we thought they would be, but that is possibly more a function of expectation vs reality. We might possibly chalk that up to inexperience. The inner seals (underneath the cap) are an ENORMOUS problem. They HAVE NOT sealed and held their seal when unscrewing the cap. This is a HUGE and MAJOR CONCERN for us and our customers. We make dietary supplements, and PROOF of purity is of utmost concern to us. As of this moment, we are unsure of whether or not this failure of the seals will cost us the financial blow of losing an ENTIRE RUN of our product. Regardless, we have very little faith in the seals and their ability to actually do the one thing we paid for them to do: seal. If we have missed a detail, or if we have somehow done it incorrectly, please let us know, so that we can remedy this error. In short: we like the bottles and the lids. We somewhat like the outer seals, and we really do not like the inner seals. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated."
"Ebottles delivered! The product information gave me all the details that I needed to purchase 2 cases of their beautiful imported Italian bottles. I will be using them this year as water bottles on each table at weddings, doing away with pitchers, while adding a special something. We will keep a cooler full of bottles (their square shape is perfect for saving space) iced down and just replace the bottles when guests empty their first bottle. Pretty and oh so useful!
