"My experience with eBottles so far has been great. My first order, I was ordering a couple pieces for sampling. When I received it, I notice that the caps I wanted were not sent. I e-mailed them, and was told that the specific caps I ordered were not sent with single bottle orders, which is understandable. Although I was disappointed about not being informed about this, I understood how it could happen. The thing they did that remedied my disappointment, was that they reviewed my order and assumed that it was a sample and automatically credited me back the amounts for the samples.
