"I live in Canada and ordered from eBottles. The bottles are fine, everything about them is exactly what I wanted, but what I am unhappy with is the fact that I had to pay an additional 50% on my order due to customs and duty charges from Fed Ex. I have an American address and could have easily just picked the bottles up there. When I entered in my 2 address options into the shipping calculator (one american, one canadian) the difference in shipping was minimal, not enough to prompt me to drive over to my post office box. However, if the system would have told me that I would be charged an additional cost (equal to 50% of my total) for brokerage fees and duty, I would have gone the other way. Basically, what started out as a good deal, turned out to be very expensive."
