"I've had great experiences with ebottles until this last order. I ordered a case of bottles for my girlfriend to pick up at the warehouse because I needed them the next day badly. The guy who took the order assured me that the warehouse would be open the next day for the pick up. My girlfriend drove 1 1/2 hours to a closed warehouse. Then 2 1/2 hours back in a blizzard. In their defense ebottles shipped them for free the following Monday, so they made it good. It was just a disappointment at the time. I'll still use ebottles, just won't be doing any pickups"
