"Great job on the allowance of my return..I bought the wrong nocks for my bow. It would be very good if the website had a way to recognize such a mistake happening. Of course, I realize someone could have other bows, and thus this suggestion may not be so useful. However, it could come as a pop up question or something like that.."

"Called for advice and got great service. Super fast shipping. Almost ridiculously fast. I am very new to crossbows and explained that right away. The guy was so helpful and even though I gave him every opportunity to sell me all the extras he didn't. Very Very nice people. The kind of people you don't mind giving your money to. Will be back!"

"Returned a game camera because it had been opened once and returned to Eders. When I called, the owner, he tried to tell me the camera was in its original packaging, which was a flat out lie. (Tissue paper was sticking out of the rewrapping). Then he began his rude comments. This man is a dishonest, disrespectful business person, more concerned about making a dollar than doing the right thing. Spend 3-4k a year on hunting accessories but will never spend another dime wirh eders.com or bow hunting outlet.com which are both owner. Will pay a few dollars more elsewhere but never again with Eders.com."
