The product is great once I found out how to put all the parts together, since there were no instructions on bolting the limbs on. The person at Eders said "I'm not calling you stupid, but we sell many of these and no one else has ever called and couldn't put it together." That didn't make me feel very good, and was poor customer service. Apparently no one had ever called because he couldn't tell me how it went together. I finally ask for PSE's number and he was able to provide me the phone support number to PSE which raised him to a C grade.
