"I received my order from Eders very quickly and was completely satisfied with 3 of the 4 items I ordered. The product that I had an issue with was the Allen Bow Scale. The scale was roughly 6 pounds off when I used it to measure the draw weight of my compound bow. I called customer service in NY and spoke with David. He told me they would not accept a return and actually asked me what I expected from a bow scale at that price point. This was only after informing me that the scale was probably accurate. Horrible customer service! I called Allen directly and spoke with Kelly Grace, who asked me to ship the product back and she would replace it. Hopefully the new one is more accurate! I'm finding that when the product ordered has no issues all is well, just don't be the unlucky one to get a defective item! "

"My recent purchase from Eders.com was the Lifetime Professional Bowhunter Buyer’s Club. I did this to get the best price for their archery products and I had to purchase it to even see the price of their archery products. I do think that I will be happy with the PBHBC subscription. But I do have to say that most of the items I was interested in were out of stock and some other items were not reduced enough to entice me to buy. So I still have not made an archery product purchase from Eders. But I will keep looking and see if they will get anything in to buy and if the price is acceptable. I have to, I am into them for $15 to save money. So far I cannot rate them, if I had to it would be poor. Maybe I will try again now. Wish me luck!"
