"I purchased a pair of official Nikon batteries from this site. Once I purchased it, I wasn't sent a copy of my receipt as they indicated. I found out there was a problem when they left me a VM and dropped me an email to call them back. I called them back on the extension they listed, but I received voicemail and received no callback once I left a VM. They droppped me an email every day for a few days and I tried calling them at different times of the day to see if I can get a person. Finally, fed up with this, I told them to cancel my order. The only positive thing about this experience is that they don't appear to charge my card.

As near as I can tell, whoever was working for the company had no interest in fulfilling orders or answering the phone and only sent the email as a due diligence to prove to someone that they were working. "
