"Store policy riddled with typos. When asking for clarity, was personally insulted. They fixed typos and insulted me personally and repeatedly in email. Restocking fees are outrageous. This company brings down the Amazon brand. Do not trust them! I wouldn't buy a pair of white socks from this company."
"I ordered from them on Amazon. Within hour I contacted them to cancel the order. They promised to make efforts to cancel the order. It took them 2 days to ship the order from my request. Still they did not cancel and shipped. On return they told that I had to pay 25% restocking fee plus shipping. I will never buy from them again. Customer service is poor and arrogant."
"Dishonest company. Saw a great price for a Sony camera @ Amazon, so placed the order. They just cancelled it saying "not in stock", although it showed 10 items in stock in Amazon. On top of that a fraudulent charge showed up against my card (the same card I used to buy from eek) the next week, and had to go thru a lot of hassle to deal with that....not 100% sure if it's related, but the coincidence is definitely suspicious..."
"Forgot that being an Amazon seller didn't guarantee the usual Amazon customer service. THIS IS NOT YOUR USUAL AMAZON SELLER!! Defective SanDisk Memory stick PRO Duo. Just try to read it and your computer locks up tight! Sandisk reader for Sandisk card. Contact Amazon and all you get is a link to the vendor. E-mail vendor for Return Authorization. YES! E-MAIL! This is one of those crummy little vendors who hide behind an e-mail server for customer service! MY BAD! Broke my own policy to NOT do business unless there is a toll-free phone contact number. So, instead of an RMA# they send an e-mail telling me of restocking fees, the need to provide the original packaging (RIGHT! Ever try to get a small memory card out of a blister pack packaging?) And then the vendor tells me that it sounds to them like a reader that can't break the 1GB barrier. So, if you like dealing with an Amazon vendor with good pricing and fast delivery, be my guest. Just hope that nothing is wrong with the product, because CUSTOMER and SUPPORT are not in this vendor's concept of business. Suggest you avoid and stick with a vender you can talk to about warranty support. I threw the defective memory away, bought a Sony OEM stick and the reader likes it just fine!"
