these guys are do not have their act together

i placed an order on Dec 03 2012
for an instock item and 2 weeks later with NO explanation my money was refunded to PayPal

so i called the # listed for the refund ***-***-**** when i got a human they told me they could not help and i would have to send an email to the same company swreg.org so i emailed them and a day later i was told
"Sorry for too late this item is out of stock."

unbelievable it took them 2 weeks to tell me its OOS and only after i called and emailed

well NEVER AGAIN i will just stick with Amazon

OH THIS IS THE BEST PART
THE ITEM STILL SHOWS INSTOCK!!!!
