"I love these tablecloths. This is the third time I have ordered polyester cloths from efavormart. The last ones were for a wedding. I ordered black floor length rectangle ones this time to hang over a white wall for a display in the foreground. I highly recommend these. They wash nice and no ironing needed. I like the fact they are hemmed rather than surged. All food and appearance of stains washed out nicely from the wedding on the white ones. I did have to wash a few twice but no special treatment other than every day laundry stuff. Great price for the product. I am reusing the white ones for the 3rd use in December. Thank you!"

"Horrible customer service. Unwillingness to issue a refund on $13.69 for shipping to return the table cloths. I ordered 6 rose colored cocktail table covers, when I recvd them, not all of the rose colored table covers were the same shade. It was obvious and I couldn't use that at my event, it looked tacky. I followed the online process for returns but when I went to mail them back noticed that the paper said that the shipping costs would be deducted from the return amount. As I was already at the post office, I went ahead and mailed the package thinking that surely since I had already provided the reason for the return online, it would be no problem in them not charging the shipping fee as I would have to get their merchandise back to them. WRONG!!! The manager tried to bring up that he would have to see pictures of the none matching table covers. This was never mentioned when I submitted a request for refund on 9/19/19. It is nowhere website as well. It only came up when I asked if they would waive the cost of returing the items to them. This was horrible customer service and I will never order from them again, nor refer them to anyone. I also made them aware that I would be leaving a negative review and now when I try to log on to their website, it says that it doesn't recognize my email address. The same email address where I received my order confirmation and the return label that they sent me on 9/20/19."
