"First time customer and had to contact customer service numerous times via email and live chat. I didn't really get anything done other than being told what the company's policy was as far as returning wrong items received. I paid a little over $20 and it cost me almost $10 to send the item back . Requested to be credited for my return shipping charge and that was not possible. The credit to the account for what I paid for the item took almost a month and as I write the review I don't have my credit to the account yet and still need to wait to see if and when my account will be credited. It just was not the best of customer service experience as I expected. So just make sure you read all the fine print they have on the web which I failed to do."

"I order a lot from this website and although some orders have been a smooth transaction, others have not. I am an event planner and decorator and I always order within a couple weeks from my event to ensure items will arrive on time. However, there has been a couple orders that I have placed that have been on hold because an item listed is not in stock. Don't expect to be notified if there is an issue with your order, instead they put your entire order on "ship complete" without notifying you or giving you an option to switch the item up. When you contact their "live chat" expect to waste 30 minutes or so to get some answers. There is a major delay in their response and they don't see anything wrong with not notifying you. I would much rather spend another buck or two than deal with this frustration! CV Linens...here I come! "
