"Placed two orders and two weeks later sent an email asking about tracking because from what I could find if you didn't register for an account when you paid there wasn't any tracking options....no answer at all.
Going on 3 weeks now since my orders and I have no idea when I'll get them or if they were sent
EDIT: I was never informed of the delay at all but did accept faster shipping on one portion. On the portion that was delayed 6 weeks NO alternatives were offered at all. I was informed refund was my only option which I said just refund it if you can't make good on your promises and deliver what your customers purchased when you said you would.
EDIT: Now that the third date they've given me has passed when I request a "live chat" (which is the only way to speak to anyone other than emails which they don't answer...they have no phone number.) it says "Your chat request is refused by Operator."

I WENT TO THE WEBSITE AND NOTICED THERE WASN'T A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE...JUST AN EMAIL OR CHAT. SO, I CHATTED W/ AN AGENT AND WAS TOLD THE ITEM WAS BACKORDERED AND NOTHING COULD BE DONE. I QUESTIONED WHY THE WEBSITE/PROGRAM DIDN'T INFORM ME WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER THAT THIS ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK AND BACKORDER FOR 6 MONTHS. THE AGENT, DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER. SO AFTER CHATTING FOR 15 OR SO MINS....I CANCELED MY ORDER. WHAT...UPSET ME WAS...I WOULD NOT BE ABOUT TO FIND THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE IT SHIPPED BEFORE MY DEADLINE AND I WOULD NOW NEED TO PAY ALMOST $40.00 IN SHIPPING TO GET THE PRODUCT BEFORE MY DEADLINE. I WASN'T VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. ALSO, I WAS TOLD MY C/C WOULD BE CREDITED IN 3 TO 4 DAYS. WILL SEE...

The roses matched my dress dead on almost which is a huge plus..I have a garnet, deep wine color dress hard to find roses that color. Very pretty. So satisfied, do buy! Great price for 84 roses! I spent almost $200 at hobby lobby for about 40 of them...never again will I purchase roses/flowers from hobby lobby ever again way too expensive!"
