"I'm having difficulty resolving and getting backordered items.
After many chats conversations and finding out that the tablecloths I have ordered back on March 31 will not be available to be delivered until after the event, I had no option but to cancelled part of the original order.
Unfortunately, now I find myself having to buy the same items somewhere else and having to pay a lot of money in shipping (3 days delivery) in order to have what I originally bought 4
almost 4 weeks ago, in time for the party.
They have shipped the rest of the order yesterday, but it took some convincing in my part for them to pay to upgrade the shipping method to a fast delivery.
Hopefully it will be here on Friday as stated below.
