"Simple order of 3 Kwik-change Watts filters fouled up. Initially charged me for shipping when advertised free shipping. Then sent one out of three which did not fit my system. Can not return after 30 days... Outrageous prices besides."
"Customer Service is bad!!!! I purchased $113.00 "package" to do a filter and membrane change on my Watts RO unit. The kit did NOT include a new flow restrictor that is required for the membrane change. I called and was told that I had to purchase it separately because according to efilterwater, the manufacturer is wrong and it is not required. I agreed to pay the $5.09 for the part and they wanted to charge me over $6.00 shipping for an item that should have either been included in the kit I purchased or would have been shipped for free if their website advised me that the required part was not included. "
"Their customer service is RIDICULOUS! I had a horrible experience buying the filter from them. The product was defected so returned the product. Paid $20+ for shipping. But upon returning, the merchandise was sent back to me by the company. This is going in circles and is absolutely ridiculous. Paid $20+ for shipping already! And they want me to resend the product to them again out of my POCKET??? Customer service promises one thing on phone (free shipping label) then later apologizes for presenting false promises. This company is a joke, doesn't keep their words, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you'll SURELY have ISSUES!!!"
