Does Canada have a B.B.B.?

"Seems like I'm in the same boat as all the others who ordered the egg cooking cups...the ones you pour an egg into so you can soft or hard boil them without the hassle of peeling them. I placed my order on 01/17/18 and to date have received nothing. Trying to contact them is almost impossible. My emails keep coming back. Is there a Canadian government department that deals with consumer fraud? If I find one I'll post it here."

"Ordered egg boiler on 01/17/18 to date (3/22/18) and after numerous e-mails the only reply was " we are experiencing difficulty with this shipment I say STAY AWAY !"

Paid for something, got NOTHING

"I ordered the peel no more egg boilers(2). Never got a confirmation. Called to check on my order to find they are on back order. The order was placed on January 30th, still no word, but plenty of email ads, and money was paid when order was placed. The BBB REALLY needs to take these guys down and Amazon shouldn't dirty their name with such bad businesses. "

Egg Boiled Cups

"I placed an order for them on Jan. 6th. through PayPal. I ordered 2 sets which cost me $20.47. I've called them with no response. I've emailed them countless times to no avail. They fed me nothing but lies. Now my emails get returned to me stating there undeliverable. I have never dealt with a company that is nothing but thieves.They should be put out of business."

Boil Egg Cups

"Order from them back in Jan and have not received my product. They email me back in Feb and said they would get it out and nothing. They took money from my account the day I ordered. I fill this is fraud. I will give them one more week then I contact BBB and my bank. It was not a large sum but the ideal this is going on. I also plan on contacting FB which is where I seen product. I'm not the first and this needs to be stopped."

Never buy from this company!

"It has been a month since my order. I have received nothing but excuses. I have no product and they have my money. They no longer answer my emails and no one answers the phone. Be aware, unless you like to give away your money for nothing, DO NOT order from here! "

night vision visor

"They have cheap plastic clips that broke even before trying to mount on the visor. Bought two double sets. I returned one set, never opened, they provided return label, they received, I had del. confirmation.
Promised to replace the broken and and refund the returned items. They fell off the face of the earth, no more communication, no refund or replacement. They were stealing over $27.00 of my money. Contacted Paypal and within a day was given back all my money through Paypal.
Worse internet company I have ever dealt with. "Run Forest run"

Order cancelled and cancellation acknowledged by efizzle

"My order was canceled and efizzle acknowledged that it was cancelled but still charged me the $59.92. This was in November and I am still fighting with PayPal and my credit card for this credit. I was even told the date that amount was refunded but never has showed up on my PayPal account or my credit card. Not a reputable company."

Merchandise not shipped after 3 weeks!

"I placed my order, received a confirmation email of order. After 10 days of not receiving a tracking#, or a notice of shipment I emailed and was emailed a response that someone would contact me in 48-72 hours. Another 10 days and still no contact. I emailed again with the same canned response that someone would contact me. No one did. I called my credit company to stop payment"

"Do not order from this place never got a confirmation email from them, don’t answer emails. When calling sails agents are unavailable. I’m thinking of call the BBB office or the Attorney General Office of New York. If I don’t get my item by the end of the week or a email. Or better yet just refund my money. Hate companies that do this. "

EFIZZLE is FIZZLING OUT!

"It's been over a month and I am STILL WAITING for the items I ordered & PAID FOR to ship! I contacted customer service weeks ago by email and was informed in a reply email that they are waiting for more merchandise to arrive. I ordered 8 items, all 8 items are out of stock? Seriously? I have sent approximately 6 emails in the past 3 days, I finally received one 'ticket' email stating one inquiry email was received. This is totally unacceptable! NEVER AGAIN!!"

Good ideas; worse customer service

"I ordered several items from their site. I contacted customer service to see how long it was going to be to get the items. I did get one response stating that it takes up to 2 weeks to fulfill the orders (no where on their site is this stated). Then I contacted them two more times without any response from anyone; not even an automated message. I tried canceling the order from PayPal and could not since the payment had already been submitted. I finally received the items. I will NEVER do business with them again and can find the same items elsewhere online.
