"Ordered a bakers rack for $300 and never received it. Tried to contact them by phone only to find out that their phone is not working. We have tried to contact them by email 4 different times and received no reply. Now for the next step. Very disappointing. "

"They placed my order on indefinite hold, I asked them to cancel, they confirmed receipt of my request, but have not actually cancelled. My emails and calls to their customer service line largely went unanswered, and they have not officially cancelled the order and initiated a refund yet. VERY dissatisfied, would not recommend and would not use again myself."

"BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible Customer Service! I order a basket as a gift for my sister who lives in Florida and I live in Arizona. 7 days later wondering why she has not called me to thank me for the gift. I logged into my account online to see that it was "on hold". I called to ask why and Kevin advised me that they can not ship to a different address then the billing address. At this point I am very upset because 1. Their system should not even allow or ask you to enter a different shipping address if they do not ship to a different address and 2. They only sent an email and did not call me. I asked them to send it expedited to my address as my sister will be visiting this week and asked for them to cover the cost for expedited shipping due to their bad customer service and he rudely would not do so. I good company would be more then willing to cover the cost due to their faulty system and less then optimal alert system for "on-hold" orders. I ended up canceling my order and will never deal with this horrible company again!"

"Will never do business with them again. Sold me a discontinued item that was no longer available....it's been over a week and still no refund of my money. Sales/Service people are clueless., can't get through on the phone only email response. I will NEVER,NEVER,NEVER use this site again."

"The price delivered was the bait... My frugal side swallowed it hook line and sinker. Jan 8th 2013 ordered the sofa, it has to be made at the Broyhill factory, but if the fabric you chose is not in stock at that time, it will not be built nor are you notified. I called just before "super" football day, to find out that broyhill had a delay. I called Broyhill and spoke "hypetheticcally" since they can't address your order. I found out that the fabric came via the slow boat from china, and "should arrive mid april, then it would enter into the 3-week build. The trucking company picked it up and had to wait until they had a full truck to leave... #1 trucking Co. choose to sublet the delivery via truck company #2 who was given the verbal address and phone # except the Phone digits got swapped. I called in mid May to find out since they had the wrong phone # the truck left a day before after unloading my sofa. Three more weeks later it was loaded onto the North Carolina truck Bound for Kansas... It arrived and was delivered into my basement In perfect condition FIVE Months and ONE WEEK later...Love it! "

"So, here is my story :
Furniture order placed on efurnitureshowroom.com for 1140.66. Order stated item would be delivered in 2weeks. I was informed item on back order till March 7, which i agreed to. Later informed that item was still on back order. I was emailed on 4/15 stating that the item would be shipped in 2-3 days. I did not receive this email as i was on vacation. No phone call was attempted. I was emailed again last friday saying they didn't have my phone number for deliver and that if i did not respond by 4/30 5p mst that the item would be sent to salvage and I would forfeit the amount paid. This morning I saw the emails and attempted to contact the company. I was informed that the item would not be delivered and I would not get my money back. I have filed with the credit card company, utah consumer protection, and BBB. I was told that I needed to also file a police report for investigation as utah state law says that it is against the law. Either an item must be delivered or amount refunded. This company is a scam. Please do not support them!

"I called efurnitureshowroom to see if they would price-match a furniture piece. The customer sevice rep said they would but only if i purchased it with free curbside delivery. I accepted the offer. They sent me 2 order confirmations, charged my credit card for $1730 then called a few hours later to tell me I owed them $260 more because it had to be delivered with white glove service. The $260 basically raised the price to same that was quoted on their website. I asked if I could use a 5% off coupon code (that the website had no problem accepting for the same piece of furniture) but the customer service rep said he needed to check to make sure they could accept it. He said he would call me back and refused to let me speak directly to his manager. Already annoyed by the inefficiency of this process, he called me later that evening but i couldnt answer b/c i was at work. Instead of leaving a voicemail with the answer he asked me to call him back at a number that he never answers. He emailed the next business day - again with no particulars of the answer. I emailed him back after trying to call again with no answer. He finally emails me back to say the discount code wasn't good for this particular item. He told me to call him back to pay the $260. Customer service doesn't seem to even try to satisfy their customers. I have asked them the cancel my order since I can buy the same item on amazon.com for less. A total waste of time dealing with them."

"It was pleasantly surprised to deal with efurniture. They people were very honest and do their job in very ethical way. I was looking for mattress. I found this site through Google. I ordered 8’inches mattress foam. I have tried 2 mattresses before. I have sewer backbone problem. That’s why I am poor sleeper. The mattress I had purchased with efurniture was the only one I have found to work for me. I received it last month and after experienced I recommend this mattress for those who have back pain problem. I can sleep well and wakeup without pain. Thank you"

I have been with the government for 22 yrs in customer service and a person like Reachell in these times of days where everything is so impersonal, she went up and beyond the duty of her job. "I ordered a media cabinet online, about $685 which was a great deal, it was processed and shipped fairly quickly. It arrived at my door damaged. VERY damaged. Like, pieces of hardwood cracked and split like kindling, drawers busted, doors hanging off their hinges damaged. Fortunately, I was smart enough to write "damaged" on the receiving inspection form. I immediately call efurnitureshowroom, start a claim, took photos and email them to my contact, Jeremiah.

Jeremiah informs me he will get on it and get the broken unit picked up and a new unit ordered and shipped. Alrighty.

Weeks go by. I call about 2-3 times a week trying to get an update on the process. Jeremiah doesn't return calls or emails, he is impossible to get a hold of. When I do get in touch with him, he tells me it's all fine, they just need to submit a claim to the shipping company (YRC) and get that excepted, THEN they can schedule the broken unit to be picked up. THEN they can order a new unit. Fine, sounds well enough.

More WEEKS go by. No progress. I continued to call 2-3 times a week and email Jeremiah. He never responded to emails or calls. I literally had to sit on the phone and repeatedly call his office phone until he picked up. Same run-around.

FINALLY, I get in contact with YRC saying when the pick-up will be. They end up being days late, but whatever. The broken cabinet gets picked up. The next week Jeremiah informs me the replacement has been ordered and shipped. I await eagerly. It arrives (it is October now), and is DAMAGED AGAIN. At this point I am pulling my hair out.

Repeat procedure: take photos, call Jeremiah, submit claim. Same process. This second broken unit (it weighs like 160lbs btw) sits in my entryway for 42 DAYS before YRC finally picks it up. It is another MONTH before I am able to secure the paperwork saying I wrote "damaged" on the receiving inspection form, allowing me to get a refund.

Here is the timeline of events:

In conclusion, efurnitureshowroom had the absolute worst customer service EVER and almost scammed me for $685. By the end of this disaster, Jeremiah was no longer with the company - he was fired! Probably for screwing over customers and never following up on their claims! If I hadn't constantly 'harassed' efurnitureshowroom or YRC shipping, I NEVER would have gotten a refund!
