"delivery is super fast, no problem. in my case i had to return and exchange it(SB2000 to PB2000)....that return and exchange process was a little challenging because they dont answer my emails, i had to phone them a couple of times. it was a long wait and frustrating. Maybe its because of the COVID thing. The PB2000 is out of stock and will take 3 weeks get one so they gave me SB3000 with no extra cost and for it was sweet deal. thanks to Josh."
