"Mason and company did well on getting me the best price , best shipping and a great product . Where they fumbled the ball was that they charged my credit card twice for the same purchase ! After contacting them at least 10 times ( by phone and email ) and contacting Visa , we FINALLY after only a short ( ????? ) 3 week " promising fiasco " , got the second charge credited back on to our credit card . They always answered my calls and messages and emails , but c'mon guys , really . It only took 5 minutes after I hung up the phone after placing the order to see the charge on my Visa online activity . Growing pains of a small business trying to get to be a large business can be challenging , but , it is in the details that separates the little guys from the big boys ! When the error is your fault , not the customers you should immediately correct it so customers can write 100% positive reviews for you . I would buy from Electronics For Less again as I do not believe that they intentionally charged my card twice as the problem was resolved and there was always communication with Mason . Visa did confirm that finally after 3 weeks , was a credit that was put back on my account to offset the second charge that was put on our card a few days after the original order was placed .
