When it wasn't shipped that day, I enquired. They explained that their site info was inaccurate, then gave me solid information, great service, and a slightly reduced price. Shipment happened 10 days after I had expected. Product was as described and excellent. "

"I ordered a product off their site- I called twice regarding its status and was assured it would be sent- this was a planned birthday present. After my final call, I received an email saying the item could not be sourced. I have since requested a refund. This is poor service.
It is unfortunate that communication with the company is difficult. They do not seem very interested in building a clientele."
