"I ordered a TV stand from EFL during the Black Friday sale. The box I received was packed well (the whole box was clear wrapped) and arrived promptly but I noticed the box had been opened previously (it was closed with tape, the big staples had clearly been ripped away and the EFL website didn't mention anything about this product being a display model or an "open box"). When I tried to put the TV stand together, I noticed 2 parts were missing (the 2 main "legs" of the stand). I immediately sent an email to report the issue and asked if they could locate and send the missing parts. 5 days later, I haven't received a reply. I called the customer service and was told a) that they don't sell open box items (false, this particular stand has been put together before evidenced by some of the missing paint around some of the screw holes threads) and b) that nothing can be done until I get a reply to my email. I asked if I could talk to someone who could help but was told no one was available and these matters are dealt via emails only.

A very disappointing and frustrating experience so far: delays in replies, denial around selling "refurbished" items, the representative I spoke to offered no help whatsoever (no options regarding possible refund, sending replacement parts or unit)."
