"Dealing with Electronics for Less has been very frustrating. I ordered a simply Sonos speaker stand and yet they have been unable to provide the product ordered, undamaged and in unopened packaging. They have sent two stands; the first was wrong and damaged and the second was very badly damaged in multiple ways and the box had clearly been opened. It looked as though they sent me what another customer had returned. The most frustrating aspect is the lack of communication and desire to help. Problems are ok if handled well. For the price, the subwoofer is quite incredible. I have a very large room and it seems to fill the room very well. I'm going to purchase another one just for balance.
