"Order DDR pads from them. Received the product on time. But that's where the good service ends. After one night play, a pad becomes faulty. And I also found out the pads are very low quality. Complain email regarding the faulty pad was un-answered. Didn't want to pursuit any further as the pad is just $30 each. Doesn't worth the time and effort to fight with them. But I will never do business with them again and will suggest others stay away from them."
