Everything was good with my order. They had the wig I was looking for which I couldn't find anywhere else which I was very happy about.
PRICES:
The prices are great. Even lower than some other popular websites I had searched on.
SHIPPING:
I was used to ordering on another site and receiving my package in 3 days or less, so I felt at first that elevatestyles.com took a while to deliver, but in all honesty it was delivered in less than 7 business days, which is excellent. I was just spoiled by the super fast shipping of the other site.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
At first when I ordered, my internet froze and I called them at almost 3am on a Saturday night and I got an answer! I was super surprised and also super impressed. I felt very comforted knowing that someone was always there to help. I left my number and received a call back from them the following business day to confirm that my card was not charged when my internet froze. I was very happy with how attentive they are.
