"My daughter ordered from Walmart for me the Ematic portable DVD player model # EPD909BL. I have DVDs I wanted to watch that my laptop is fussy on playing. The first player I received was not playing and I don't know why. My DVDs are relatively unscratched. So I requested a replacement be sent, not a refund. I'm all for small footprint, easy access, etc. Happily, the second one has worked properly. The local library has a DVD collection that will take years to go through, not to mention the newest releases of movies. Thank you Ematic for a great product. I'll look at making different product perchases later."
