"I just received my Lavender night Eye cream today from eminenstore.com, the box that they put the eye cream bottle in was very beat-up, the pump of the bottle with out the stopper, it looks like a used item, the outside of the bottle was dirty, if this is a new item, it should not look like that. I have order the same item from other company, it has the stopper for the pump, the bottle was very nice and clean. The box where the bottle was put in was nice and new. I don't think I can trust eminenstore.com for my future order. Very disappointed."
