"I had been considering purchasing a new HON task chair for some time and had narrowed may choice between two similar models. One showed 6 in stock; the other over 300. On July 29, 2020 I placed an order but a couple of days later I was notified that there was a inventory error at the HON warehouse; the item showing six ready to be shipped was actually 0 and there would be up to a 4 week wait for that item. On Monday 8/4 I contacted Kale Wrigley at eOfficeDirect to confirm that I wanted the alternative item I had been considering and on noon 8/6 FedEx delivered the chair. That is great service considering that eOfficeDirect had to work around an error in inventory reporting. In summary, I found eOfficeDirect a very pleasant company to work with; they really worked hard to ensure that I was happy when a negative issue came up. I can recommend and will use them for future purchases."

"Delivery was a problem ... freight company had one man to deliver 4 large file cabinets to 9th floor office. Delivery man left the cabinets in our loading dock. Had to pay outside help to get the cabinets to our office. On the plus side ... freight company management was totally apologetic. Please be sure to check with your shipper to make sure your order will be delivered where it's supposed to be delivered! Product was delivered in good condition. Would use again."
