"My experience was ok. The members of staff who were my contact persons had great customer service skills, so I am thankful for that. I gave 3 stars because my company wasn't able to get two of our promo items on time and didn't have these for the conference that we attended, which I see as a big set back for us. We were provided assurances that that items would have reached on time but it ended up being a couple days late. It seems as if it was an issue with one of the suppliers, so I hope that ePromos made adjustments so that this doesn't happen again to anyone. I would recommend for them to have an emergency contact person on standby on the weekends as there was no one to contact on the Saturday for an update on the delivery of the items. We did manage to get one promo item (we had ordered 3 different items), which was the tumbler and I must say that the quality of the tumblers was really great. Those went flying off our booth very quickly at the conference, but it only made me wish even more that we could have gotten the other items on time.
Overall, great customer service, great quality product, but needs to work on getting their suppliers to work on time and need to put in place an emergency contact for off hours."
