"I placed an order for a Christmas gift for each of the students at our school. Before I placed the order, they checked availability of the item. I approved the proof within minutes of receiving it and paid for expedited handling. I was guaranteed that they would arrive by a certain date. I never heard another thing from them until I contacted them because I never received tracking info. I did not receive a response, so I called back the next day. When I spoke with the customer rep he stated that the order was in fact not completed or shipped because the product was out of stock in one of the colors I selected. I was never notified. If I had been, I would have selected another color. I spoke with several supervisors thereafter. They weren't able or willing to expedite the order so I could get it in time. The best they would do was a 15% discount, which of course does not address the issue. I have worked with other companies who have express mailed corrected orders to meet a deadline. "

However, when I made the order, I made a mistake in my shipping address and the products were returned to sender. I was initially irate because I didn't know that I had made the mistake on the order form. My representative handled the matter like a professional. Not only was Shelby Webb able to calmly explain what went wrong (i.e., I messed up the order form by entering an incorrect shipping address), but she immediately sprung into action and re-shipped the products to me (with a corrected shipping address this time).
