"I received the order and i was very disappointed. I ordered document folders and when they put our logo on it, they basically damaged it. I called customer service but no one replied to me. Also instead of $60 shipping I was charged $199 sibce they put it in a 3 different boxes while they could do it in one.
Then, I was contacted by the costomer service and I mentioned the issue. I received a very supportive response and I was asked to provide the image of some of damaged folders. I was offered to receive new products but due to my timeline it was impossible. I was not looking for anything from them and instead I was offered to receive 50% refund. I am satisfied about the customer service and undrestand that it was an accident and I am sure they tried their best to solve the issue. Therefore, I will order their products in the future."
