Whether it's getting samples to me lightning fast, or making certain that I get exactly what I need on time, Dan and his assistant April go out of their way to make it happen. My orders are never huge (usually 100 to 1000 items) so I know I'm one of the smaller customers, yet I'm treated like I'm their most important customer. I'm exceedingly pleased with the quality and consistency of the products I've ordered. Most recently it was logoed pens for our conferences and meetings. I've got three more orders planned for other items coming up!"

"I wish I had requested a sample of what I purchased and received. I was totally embarrassed at the quality of the umbrella. It was so deceiving . There was a fake red plastic button that I thought would be used to slide to open, The metal on the umbrella cut one of my guest as she was trying to line the base down after opening."

"I purchased Safety Cone Stress Relievers. I was very pleased with the product that was purchased and the logo inserted on the product was done very nicely! I appreciated receiving an email indicating the positioning of the logo and how it may bleed and I was given an option if I would like to and be ok with changing the location of the logo. Our package was received when I was told to expect it - which is GREAT! The only part of the packaging that I was displeased with was how it was packaged. The items were loose in the box and the box was way too large and was crushed in the shipping process. Other than that - NO complaints!! GREAT JOB!!!!"
