"The cups that were ordered could never seem to get the logo just right so I finally just accepted it. The key ring lights had the wrong color logo. I had stressed the logo in multiple conversations and the color was not as shown on the proof. Because I signed off on the order acknowledgement...did not read all the way to the bottom...I was somewhat responsible since they said green on that. YOUWOULD THINK THE PROOF WOULD OVERRIDE OR AT LEAST HAVE SOME QUESTION. The rep was nice and did offer a discount which we accepted. "

I am however a little disappointed with the art dept. I would have liked to have had my logo on my pens and was told there was not room where I wanted it. When I received the pens I feel the text could have been smaller to accommodate the logo.
